Hello!
We would like to introduce ourselves as a starter. Newdex is the world's first EOS decentralized exchange. We officially launched on August 8, 2018 and have been in operation for more than three months since then.
As we all said, one day in blockchain world is like one year in the real world. Newdex has gone through a lot, even though it's only been three months. During this period our daily turnover increased from 0 to several hundred thousand EOS. We are also very honored to witness the EOS Dapp boom and burst. We are thrilled to see the rapid development of EOS ecology, but as the EOS main net has only been online for less than five months, the whole ecology is not mature enough and we have much to do.
Decentralized exchange is becoming the mainstream of EOS Token trading mainly because EOS main net is characterized by high TPS, short block time and free transfer. Additionally, decentralized exchanges greatly enhance the user experience on trading as getting rid of registration, deposit, and withdrawal. Many Dapp developers have not gotten used to decentralized trading, especially when it comes to the step of listing their Token on exchange. Sometimes their Tokens might be listed in advance without full preparation, thus influencing the original plan. Therefore Newdex advises Dapp developers to ban transferring to the address of decentralized exchange contract in their TOKEN contracts, until they are ready to get listed on exchanges. In this way, exchange would not be able to list their Tokens ahead of schedule, and the project could proceed orderly as originally planned.

Meanwhile, Newdex is here to unveil two principles that we have always stood for:
Firstly, we insist and promise the 100% truth of our trading volume, firmly staying away from faking trading volume.
Secondly, we insist on not doing currency value management, also please forgive us as Newdex is unable to provide Dapp developers with discount on commission fee of currency value management. Because if the Dapp developers have commission fees discount, very few Dapp developers can manage prices at a fair low cost, lastly it is Newdex users who end up with loss. We hope that we could get the understanding and support from developers.
