VIP Problems

1. No member-exclusive airdrop was received.

• You must mortgage NDX to become a member before the airdrop snapshot, otherwise you can not get the exclusive airdrop of this member.
• If you cancel the NDX mortgage before snapshot and become a junior member (stake NDX <10,000), you will not be able to get this member exclusive airdrop.
• If you do not have the above information, please contact the official customer service.

2. Redemption of NDX

• The unstake NDX will be returned within 24 hours (to the original staking account).
• If the unstake NDX has not yet arrived after 24 hours, please contact the official customer service.

3. Short trade balance

• Please check whether there is a stake first. If it exceeds the unsecured token in the account, the transaction will not be possible.
