The Opening of the Swap of Platform Token "NDX" to "DEX" at 17:00 HKT on May 31

Dear users,

Hello! According to "Newdex Whitepaper 2.0", we will officially open the swap of NDX to DEX at 17:00 (HKT) on May 31, 2021. The total supply will be reduced from 10 billion to 100 million. NDX will be swapped to DEX at the ratio of 100:1. The contract name is token.newdex.

Swap related instructions:

1. At 15:00 (HKT)on May 31, 2021, the NDX stakedby VIP members will be released directly. There is no redemption time and can be directly used for swap, but the related VIP benefits will be cancelled simultaneously.
2. The VIP member section will be maintained(May 31, 15:00-17:00HKT). The VIP upgrade feature will be opened after 17:00 HKT, but only the consumption and staking of the new token DEX is supported, and the VIP level is adjusted at the ratio of 100:1；
3. After 30% of the DEXswapis completed, NDX-related trading pairs will be delisted from Newdex, and DEX-related trading pairs will be listed simultaneously;
4. After the swapstarts, the original NDX buy-backand burning contract is suspended, and changed to DEX buy-back and burning (contract “buy.newdex”, fees contract “newdexiofees”);
5. Swaping deadline: 17:00 (HKT) August 31, 2021.
