Newdex to Cancel the VIP Staked Upgrade Method

The staked DEX will be released simultaneously, and the related VIP rights will be canceled as a result. However, the way and rights of consuming DEX to upgrade VIP remains. Before that, you can redeem the staked DEX manually, and you can get related benefits by consuming DEX for VIP upgrade. At present, the buy-back and burning of DEX will be over 10 million.
