At 06:17 (UTC) on 22 February,2019, the account "gm3dcnqgenes", which had once been frozen by arbitration, again had unusual trading activity, with seven transfers, totally transferring 2092395.5356 EOS, 2098050.2433 RIDL, 4186100.487 PUB, 2582618.4178 PATR to account "newdexmobapp", and 250000 HVT to "newdexpocket" (intercepted).
