Newdex is a platform for users to exchange digital assets and provides related services.

When you use Newdex, that means you have read, understand, agree to accept and comply with the following user agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") if you do not agree to comply with this agreement, please do not enter the Newdex. We reserve the right to make reasonable amendments to this agreement from time to time. As long as the natural person or other subject who logs in Newdex is regarded as Newdex user, and for the convenience of expression, the following uses "You" or other second person refferred to. Newdex or “We” or other fisrt person reffers to Newdex platform.

1. About digital assets

1.1 The digital assets are not issued by any financial institution, company or Newdex .

1.2 The digital asset market is new, uncertainty, and with risks may not increase. 

1.3 Digital assets are mainly used by speculators currently. Relatively small use in the retail and commercial markets. There is a high risk of digital assets trade, it’s all-day trading, and there is no limit of highs and lows. Prices are highly volatile due to the influence of market makers and global government policies.

1.4 Digital assets transaction may be suspended or prohibited at any time due to the enactment or modification of laws, regulations and regulatory documents.

Digital assets transaction is extremely risky and not suitable for most people. You must  understand this investment may cause some loss or total loss, so you should carefully  determine how much investment’s loss you can bear. You should clear that digital assets have derivative risks. Suggest you to seek the assistance of your financial advisor, if you have any questions. Moreover, in addition to the risks mentioned above, there are risks that are not predictable. You should carefully consider and use your clear judgment to assess your financial situation and the above risks first, and then make decision to buy or sell digital assets. You should bear all losses for your decisions, and we will not be responsible for these.

2 , About platform

2.1 The “Newdex.io” is Newdex’s only official external information publishing platform.

2.2 You know Newdex only as a platform for you to obtain digital assets information, find  traders, negotiate and conduct transactions on digital assets. Newdex doesn’t participate in your any transactions. Therefore, you should be careful to distinguish the authenticity, legality and validity of the relevant digital assets and information, and bear the liabilities and losses arising from them.

2.3 Any comments, messages, discussions, analyses, prices, suggestions and other information of Newdex are general market reviews and do not constitute any investment advice. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses which caused by these informations, including, but not limited to, any loss of profit.

2.4 Newdex’s content will be changed at any time without further notice, we have taken reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy of the information on the website, but we do not guarantee its accuracy level. We will not be liable for any loss, directly or indirectly, arising from The following situation: information on Newdex; network delay or failure to link the Internet; transmit or receive notices or information delay or failure. 

2.5 Newdex reserves the right to immediately refuse your address for any transaction, depending on two situation：if Newdex judges that you have violated this agreement or

according to the laws of your jurisdiction, the services provided by Newdex or the services you use by Newdex are illegal. 

2.6 You will not participate in or initiate any form of market manipulation, including deceptive trading orders or other forms of market manipulation.

2.7 It is forbidden to use Newdex for all illegal trading activities, such as money laundering, smuggling, commercial bribery, etc. If such incidents are discovered, Newdex will take any measures, including but not limited to freezing accounts, notifying relevant authorities, etc. We do not assume all responsibility arising therefrom and reserve the right to pursue liability with the relevant parties.

3. Trading rules

You are committed to complying with the following trading rules in Newdex and Newdex's transactions with other users.

3.1 Browse transaction information

When you view trading information in Newdex, you should carefully read all the contents of the transaction information, including but not limited to price, entrust amount, fee, buy or sell direction. You should accept all the content contained in the transaction information first, then click the button to trade.

3.2 Submit the order

You can submit a transaction order after you have reviewed the transaction information and confirmed it. You submit the transaction entrustment, means you authorize Newdex to represent you in the corresponding transaction combination. Newdex will automatically complete the matching transaction when there are orders that match your entrusted price without prior notice to you.

3.3 View transaction details

You can confirm your history transaction details by checking the corresponding transaction record in the transaction details of the Order Center.

3.4 Cancel / modify the transaction

You have the right to revoke or modify the order at any time before the transaction has been completed.

4. Feeand transaction costs

4.1 All transactions may be charged.

5. Use restrictions

When you visit and use Newdex:

5.1 Do not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of our computing system or network. If our services are hosted by any third party, you must not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the third party computing system and network.

5.2 It is prohibited to use or access Newdex to transmit or exchange cryptocurrencies or tokens that are directly or indirectly related to any criminal or fraudulent activity (including terrorism or tax evasion).

5.3 Do not attempt to access Newdex's computing system or any material (except that you have explicit access) without authorization.

5.4 Do not send or enter any documents, offensive content, material or data that violates any law (including data or other material that you are not authorized to use under copyright or trade secret protection) which may damage any other person's computing device or software into Newdex.

5.5 No attempt to modify, copy, adapt, copy, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any computer program used to provide our services or run Newdex (except where necessary and strictly used during normal operation).

5.6 It is necessary to ensure that all information required to visit the Newdex is properly kept and kept confidential.

5.7 You must confirm that you are 16 years old or older and have a legal age for contracting under different applicable laws. Your registration, selling, buying, or posting of information, etc. at Newdex should be subject to the same. Jurisdictional sovereign countries or regions relevant laws and regulations. And you must have sufficient ability to accept these terms, and enter into transactions, use Newdex for digital assets transactions.

5.8 We are not responsible for any problems that may caused by the public chain or platform code or third-party wallet vulnerabilities.

5.9 We do not guarantee that there will be no interruption or error in the use of Newdex. For systems that are used to visit Newdex (including public telephone services, computer networks and the Internet), the operation and usability are unpredictable, and may interfere with or obstruct access to the website from time to time. Newdex is not responsible for any impediment or obstruction that prevents you from accessing or using Newdex’s service.

5.10 When Newdex is used in an Internet environment where computer equipment is provided by you or a third party, any function of Newdex will depend on such computer equipment. Newdex will not be responsible for the timeliness of Newdex’s operation.

5.11 By using our services, you agree that the execution of all transactions on the blockchain is ultimately irreversible.

5.12 By using our services, you agree that Newdex reserves the right to liquidate any transaction (regardless of the profit or loss of the transaction) at any time.

6.User wallet

6.1 When using Newdex, all usernames and passwords used in third-party wallets should be kept confidential and restricted from accessing and reading files from your computer. Please do not use Newdex for any transactions under the circumstances of unauthorized use of the third-party wallets or any other security concerns. You agree to assume full responsibility for activities that occur in or in connection with the third-party wallets. We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate transactions at specific addresses.

6.2. Newdex will not request or save the user's private key in any way. Newdex is not responsible for the loss caused by the leakage or loss of the user's private key.
