Newdex is a platform for users to exchange digital assets and provides related services.
When you use Newdex, that means you have read, understand, agree to accept and comply with the following user agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") if you do not agree to comply with this agreement, please do not enter the Newdex. We reserve the right to make reasonable amendments to this agreement from time to time. As long as the natural person or other subject who logs in Newdex is regarded as Newdex user, and for the convenience of expression, the following uses "You" or other second person refferred to. Newdex or “We” or other fisrt person reffers to Newdex platform.

1.Collected information

1 Using Newdex, means you agree that we will use cookies to track your every action, collect and remember all the information you left, including but not limited to your IP address, geographical location and other information.

1.2 When you use Newdex or the services we provide, we maybe improve the function of Newdex to enhance your experience of using Newdex and the services security. Or on the basis of the court, applicable laws and regulations, other government agencies with jurisdiction, collect more necessary information through Newdex's proprietary mailbox or other measures that we consider compliant, we will update the function.

2.Trading monitoring

2.1 We set and adjust the daily maximum limit of transaction and withdrawal amout according to the security and the actual transaction situation.

2.2 If the transaction is concentrated in a user or there is an unreasonable situation, our professional team will evaluate and decide if they are suspicious. 

2.3 If we judge that it is a suspicious transaction, we may take restrictive measures such as suspending the transaction, rejecting the transaction, and even if it is possible to reverse the transaction as soon as possible, and report to the competent authority, but will not notify you.  

2.4 We reserve the right to refuse applications from people who do not fit the international anti-money laundering standards or who can be considered as political public figures. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the transaction based on our own judgment as suspicious transaction at any time, but we do not violate any of our obligations and responsibilities by taking these measures. 

3.The reason for collecting information

3.1 Provision and maintenance services
Use the collected information to maintain our service and authenticate the user. We use the IP address and unique identifier stored in your Cookie to verify your identity and provide services. Based on legal obligations and system requirements, we can not be able to provide services without identification, contact information and transaction-related information in such case.

3.2 Protect users
Use collected information to protect platforms, user accounts, and files.
Use IP addresses and cookie data to prevent attacks like spam, phishing, and distributed denial of service (DDoS).
Analysis of trading activities for early detection of fraud and money flowing into suspicious accounts.

3.3 Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Newdex bases on the principle of respecting the personal privacy and data security. When the government requires or user’s general requests, we do not disclose or provide any personal information to a third party without the approval of the legal team and the consent of the user.

3.4 , Measuring website performance
We analyze the website data to understand the user's using experience better. The team of operation continues to analyze data to ensure the user experience is continuously optimized and that all problems in using are resolved in time.

3.5 Communication with users

For communicating with users directly , we collect personal information such as e-mail address, to help users solve problems, timely notification, transactions, and account security and other related activities. We will not be able to respond to requests and questions submitted by users without erifying their identities before communication. All communication will be properly kept in the Newdex for review of accuracy.

3.6 Enforcement of user agreement and other agreements
For Newdex and our users, it is important to keep reviewing to prevent potential irregularities. In order to protect the interests of users, we carefully and rigorously implement the agreement signed with the third party, and seriously investigate any violation of our terms of use behavior. Newdex reserves the right to provide services to any user who participates in activities violating the terms of use.

4.The protection of user data
A number of security measures have been implemented in Newdex to ensure user’s information safe, can not be misused, or tampered. Our data security measures include, but are not limited to: PCI scans, secure sockets layer cryptography, anonymity, internal data access restrictions, and strict office and file access restrictions. But the form of internet storage can not guarantee 100% information security. Therefore, we recommend that you should take independent security precautions to protect your personal information.

5.Service rules
You are committed to complying with the following Newdex service Rules:

5.1 You should comply with the provisions of laws, regulations, regulations and policy requirements to ensure the legality of all sources of digital assets in your account. You must not engage in illegal or other activities that damage Newdex or third-party rights by using Newdex, such as sending or receiving any information that violates the law, violations, infringement of the rights of others, sending or receiving pyramid schemes or other harmful information or statements, unauthorized by Newdex’ information or forged Newdex email header information.

5.2 You should abide by the laws and regulations to properly use and keep the Newdex account and login password security. You take full responsibility for any operation and consequences of using Newdex account and login password, money password, cell phone
verification code. You are not allowed to give your Newdex account to others by gift, loan, lease, transfer or otherwise without the consent of Newdex. 

5.3 You agree that you are responsible for all activities (including but not limited to disclosure of information, release of information, internet click consent or submission of all kinds of rules agreement, online renewal agreement or purchase of services, etc.) that happen under your Newdex account and password.

5.4 When you trade digital assets in Newdex, you must not maliciously interfere with the normal operation of digital assets transactions and undermine the order of transactions; you must not interfere with the normal operation of Newdex or interfere with other users’ service by any technical means or other means; you should not maliciously smash Newdex's goodwill by means of fictional facts.

5.5 If you have a dispute with other users due to online transactions, you may not request Newdex to provide relevant information without judicial or administrative way.

5.6 The taxable obligations, and all hardware, software, services and other costs, produce in your use of the services provided by Newdex, are solely judged and assumed by you.

5.7 You should comply with the last agreement and other terms of service rules issued and updated by Newdex, and Newdex reserves the right to terminate the services provided by Newdex at any time.
