Reissue the Revenue of Newpos

Since part of the revenues are not received successfully when Newpos claiming BP revenue, resulting in the highest annual yield released yesterday dropping to 2.80%. Newdex has re-claimed and will reissue in time after claiming. The yesterday's highest annual yield will add to 3.07% after reissuing.

At the same time, in order to ensure that the BP's revenue can be received and released in a lump sum, the releasing time of Newpos's revenue is changed to 10 a.m. (Beijing time) everyday.
